Logicsoft has been awarded a project to revamp the censusindia.gov.in website with new features and sections.
Logicsoft has done detailed study and analysis of the existing Census India Website, and proposed to ORGI to develop a more interactive and state-of-the-art information portal including Census Data Online, Online Shopping Cart, Data at the level of state, district and village level.
The site was launched first in July 2007. From the launch date till 31st March 2009, the website has helped more than 500,000 users and served more than 6 million page views. Out of this traffic, more than 300,000 users have come through organic traffic generated by search engines and referral directories and web sites.
